Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how CLIENTI collects, uses, and protects information when you visit www.clienti.com (the “Site”) or use our services. CLIENTI is operated by RenzaGroup LLC (doing business as CLIENTI). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who we are
CLIENTI is a done-for-you review collection service for local service businesses, operated by RenzaGroup LLC (“CLIENTI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). For any privacy question, contact us at rengie@clienti.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Booking & qualification. When you book a Silent Revenue Audit or answer the qualifier questions, we (and our scheduling provider) collect your name, email, business details, and the answers you submit.
- Communications. If you email us or message our website chat assistant, we receive the information you choose to share, including your message content.
Information collected automatically
- Usage & device data. With your consent, we use analytics tools that collect information such as pages viewed, referring links, approximate location, device and browser type, and interactions with the Site.
- Session analytics. Our analytics may record anonymized session activity (for example, mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling as heatmaps or replays) to help us improve the Site. These tools mask input fields and are not used to identify you personally.
- Cookies & similar technologies. See “Cookies and analytics” below.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Site and our services;
- To schedule and conduct audits and respond to your inquiries;
- To understand how the Site is used and improve its content and performance;
- To communicate with you about our services (only where permitted); and
- To protect the Site, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Cookies and analytics
Analytics and cookies do not load until you choose “Accept” on our consent banner. Until then, no analytics cookies are set. If you choose “Decline,” these tools are not activated.
With your consent, we use:
- Google Analytics (Google LLC) — to measure Site traffic and usage. Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy, and opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) — for anonymized usage analytics and heatmaps. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
You can also manage cookies through your browser settings and withdraw consent at any time by declining the banner or clearing cookies for this Site.
5. How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Site and our business, under agreements that limit their use of the information. These include:
- Vercel — website hosting and delivery;
- Calendly — appointment scheduling for audits;
- Google and Microsoft — analytics (with your consent);
- Anthropic — the AI provider powering our website chat assistant, which processes messages you send to it to generate replies.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of CLIENTI, our users, or others. If our business is involved in a merger or acquisition, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
6. Information we process for our clients
When we provide review collection services to a business client, we process limited customer contact information supplied by that client solely to send review invitations on their behalf. In those cases the client is the controller of that information, and CLIENTI acts as a service provider/processor. If you received a review request and have questions, please contact the business that serves you, or reach us at rengie@clienti.com.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Analytics data is retained according to the settings and defaults of the respective analytics providers.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Because we do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is nothing to opt out of in that respect. To exercise any right, email rengie@clienti.com; we will respond as required by applicable law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International visitors
CLIENTI is based in the United States and serves businesses in the United States and Canada. If you access the Site from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
11. Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites and services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review them.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes may be highlighted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
